Role responsibilities
* Work on a wide range of large and complex projects spanning across Pensions Administration including implementations, benefit changes, Pensions dashboard, GMPE and de-risking exercises
* Perform end to end management of complex projects ensuring work is delivered on time, within budget and to a high level
* Develop and maintain detailed, robust and high quality project plans keeping updated through the project life cycle
* Meet with and communicate with clients when required and throughout the project ensuring progress, risks and issues are communicated clearly
Role requirements
* Strong Pensions experience with extensive working knowledge of DB & DC Pension arrangements
* A proven track record of successfully managing and delivering Pension Administration projects
* Excellent relationship building and communication skills
* High levels of organisation skills with the ability to prioritise workloads whilst managing multiple projects simultaneously
* Holding a qualification in project management would be advantageous but not essential. Strong MS Office including Excel would be essential
