Salary £26,000 - £30,000 Overall Role Working as part of an established, high performing Marketing Team you will lead the B2B marketing strategy aimed at recruiting employers and apprentices. You will have a team of marketing experts to work with, supporting all Marketing channels. Access Industry is a market leader in Apprenticeships and our own creative hubs nationwide. Access Creative College | Access Sport ➔ Ownership of organic and paid B2B campaigns, with support from Sales and Marketing Teams. ➔ Plan and coordinate B2B events in collaboration with Sales and Marketing. ➔ Coordination of print and promotional assets working with the Design Team. ➔ Manage the organic social channels (LinkedIn, Instagram) with support from Sales and Marketing Teams. ➔ Content creation and copywriting for social, blogs, email, website, and more. ➔ Collaborate with the Curriculum team, Employers and Current Apprentices to ensure marketing campaigns align with product features and benefits, and create compelling product messaging, positioning, and go-to-market strategies to drive product awareness and adoption. ➔ Identify and engage with externally facing opportunities. ➔ Regional market research to inform B2B campaigns. ➔ Undertake additional duties or projects the Group Head of Marketing may determine suitable within the role. ➔ Support with B2C marketing as necessary.
