Job summary
Based in a busy office environment, this is an opportunity to work within our Scanning Bureau function. You will be using the main hospital computer systems so the ability to multi-task is essential.
As a Scanning Bureau Assistant, you will support the provision of an efficient and comprehensive scanning and records management .
Main duties of the job
Your responsibilities will include the general preparation of paper lite folders.
this will consist of checking and filing paperwork into the relevant order, assembling batches so that they are ready and suitable for scanning, verifying page volumes using high volume scanning equipment and image quality assurance of the scanning.
