This fantastic company is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Executive to join their team. This organisation works within the construction industry and has a great reputation for quality and service. They are a friendly team and are looking for a key individual to join their busy team.
The role will involve responding to customers' incoming enquiries regarding products and pricing, providing sales quotes, and following these up to close the sale.
Once you are fully trained, you will also be responsible for proactive sales activity - contacting target clients to introduce their products and services and converting these to new clients.
Ideally, you will have experience within the construction industry.
The role involves:
1. Finding new and innovative ways of meeting the demands and needs of customers.
2. Producing and processing sales orders over the phone, in person, and over email.
3. Promoting new offers and products.
4. Allowing the sales team to achieve their goals by contributing to a team atmosphere.
5. Liaising with manufacturers and retail stores.
6. Processing stock orders and requirements for customer orders.
7. Inventing new and innovative ideas for product promotion.
8. Communicating and working with other departments to meet the needs of the business and personal company sales goals.
9. Completing organizing and filing where necessary, including scanning and photocopying.
10. Adhering to all GDPR guidelines.
11. Seeking out new customer opportunities as well as maintaining and renewing existing ones.
12. Resolving any and all customer complaints as they pertain to the products.
13. Making orders as they pertain to products in store locations.
14. Being approachable and professional to all customers in all forms of communication.
15. Liaising with staff, managers, and external customers to ensure the above tasks are completed efficiently.
16. Keeping the office area clean, tidy, and inviting for all customers and staff.
