About the role:
Omega Kitchens are seeking a highly driven and ambitious Area Manager in the South of England to join the expanding Retail Sales Team.
With strong kitchen furniture design experience, the successful candidate must be proactive and capable of delivering excellent support our customers with the necessary product training.
Additionally, we seek candidates with the ability to build strong relationships and promote our kitchens through a quality and service approach.
Main Responsibilities
* Build lasting partnerships with our Customers to develop mutual sales growth.
* Help our partners design and order displays.
* Showcase Omega to prospective quality customers utilising our 60 display showroom in South Yorkshire.
* Ensure our customers Designers are fully conversant on technical aspects of the range.
* Enhance the Omega proposition to Customers beyond just the product.
* Drive our business further forward to help the team deliver our company goals.
Skills & Competencies
* B2B sales experience in KBB Industry advantageous
* Strong kitchen design knowledge
* CAD experience with either Winner or ArtiCAD
* Kitchen quoting capability through Smart, EQ or TruBlue
* Commercial understanding
* Committed
