What you will do:
1. Manage a defined caseload, using specialist knowledge and clinical reasoning to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care programs for children and families, coordinating with relevant agencies.
2. Engage in holistic assessment and treatment of young individuals with mental health issues, focusing on those at risk of or who have attempted deliberate self-harm.
3. Collaborate with professionals and agencies to provide comprehensive and integrated care for young people, their families, and carers.
4. Work within a multi-disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality therapeutic interventions aligned with evidence-based practices and NICE guidelines.
5. Uphold confidentiality and maintain exemplary clinical records, including electronic data entry and report writing.
6. Demonstrate autonomous professional responsibility for assessment, treatment, and discharge of clients, with a focus on advocacy for young people and their families.
