We’re expanding our Nurse Manager team and are recruiting four Nurse Managers to meet the growing demand for our nurse-led services.
The Role:
As a Nurse Manager, you oversee a small caseload of complex care clients. Our Nurse Managers work holistically with clinical excellence, focusing on building strong relationships with clients, families, and their care teams.
Your responsibilities will include managing their care plans, supporting the induction of new team members, and providing clinical care—such as tracheostomy, ventilation, spinal and ABI support and gastronomy management—flexibly when needed.
The overall goal of a Nurse Manager is to ensure that clients receive exceptional service from a well-trained, enthusiastic team of support workers and registered nurses who echo our values of a passion for quality, one family, and inspiring leadership.

Responsibilities
* Develop person-centered care plans and guidance
* Conduct staff supervision, audits, and case management duties
* Be part of the 24-hour service team, undertaking nursing shifts when required
* Carry out disciplinary and reflective practice meetings
* Liaise with the wider care team including MDT's on the clients' care
* Conduct competency assessments with new team members
* Collaborating with the wider care team and Registered manager
Requirements
* Hold a valid NMC PIN
* Experience supporting adults and children
* A minimum of three years’ post-registration experience
* Experience in providing community-based care ideally complex care, such as spinal or brain injuries, PEG, tracheostomy care, and ventilators
* You will have the right to work in the UK and hold a clean UK driving license
