Job Title: Client Manager (Mid Market)
Working hours: 37.5 (Monday – Friday)
Location: Leicester (Hybrid)
The salary banding for the starting grade of this career pathway is £26,500 - £35,000 (DOE) + upsell opportunities, which increases as you progress. You’ll have an ongoing development plan, to personalise your own career journey.

Our Consultancy Services teams are dedicated to delivering innovative solutions and exceptional service to our global clientele. Our team is built of like-minded, experienced people who are passionate about what they do, and after a recent re-structure are now looking to grow the team!
Managing a portfolio of approx. 40 mid-market accounts, you will be the primary point of contact between your clients and our internal teams, ensuring their needs are always met. You’ll use your knowledge and skills to deliver, inform and resolve client requests, with the help of your very own Client Executive supporting you!
About you and what to expect
With previous account management experience, you should be a clear communicator who is confident in holding consultative conversations and creating long-lasting relationships.
You will be well-organised, managing your own schedule to juggle various tasks such as regular client communication, query management, ensuring systems are up to date, booking renewals, aligning clients with relevant services and issuing reports to name a few.

Previous experience in the energy / utilities industry would be extremely beneficial, however is not essential if you have the right behaviours, values and are eager to learn! What you will need is:
* Experience managing your own clients
* Ability to hold consultative conversations
* Ability to identify potential upselling opportunities
* A genuine passion for excellent customer service and retention
* An interest in learning the ins and outs of the energy & utilities industry
