As the Engineering Maintenance Manager, the individual will be electrically biased, backed by an apprenticeship, and possess a profound understanding of food or process production. The role demands a seasoned professional with hands-on experience in managing PPM schedules and implementation, as well as a keen eye for quality and waste reduction.
The incumbent will report to the Head of Engineering and will be entrusted with the leadership and support of a compact yet dynamic team, comprising no more than 6 direct and 10 indirect members, including contractors. Responsibilities will include project oversight, contractor management, equitable distribution of workload, first and second line management, staff appraisals, and adherence to and delivery of KPIs such as planned maintenance, health and safety, and quality.
