Your new role: You will provide vital support to our Loss Adjusters in managing claims. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers, guiding them through the entire claims process. You will work alongside your designated field adjuster to achieve successful conclusion of allocated claims. This means claims settled promptly, with fair and accurate settlements, and ultimately, highly satisfied customers. Your skills and experience: Experience in property claims from start to finish for more than 1 year.
