Join Allson's impressive sales team as a New Business Development Manager and be part of a team focused on great customer service and a drive to provide our customers with a reliable drinks supply at industry-leading prices. This is a "New Business Role" where the job involves pursuing new business opportunities and then passing these leads into the care of our Territory Managers.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Engage with the Scottish Independent "On Trade" Pubs, Clubs, and Hotels.
2. Achieve new revenue targets by developing and executing strategic plans.
3. Build and manage your own sales pipeline, identifying new business opportunities.
4. Work hand in hand with our customer-focused Territory Sales Managers, generating leads and new business, and then passing the business on to the TSMs to look after.
Experience And Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in business development or excellent sales growth within an existing customer base.
2. Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
3. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
4. A friendly outgoing personality.
5. A full UK driving license is required.
6. Central Scotland based.
