Accounts Assistant - Property Management Department
Salary up to £30,000 FTE
Leeds City Centre
Hybrid Working
Part time or full time hours
Due to expansion, my client, a Chartered Surveyors firm in Leeds, is recruiting for an experienced Accounts Manager to join their Property Management department.
Responsibilities:
1. Managing the invoicing
2. Responsible for the rent and service charge collection
3. Paying invoices and monies over to clients
4. Regular reporting to clients
5. Keeping the system up to date
Skills Required:
1. Experience using Qube software or similar property management software
2. Experience in either commercial or residential property management accounts (not essential)
3. Good organisational and time-management abilities to ensure you meet required deadlines
4. Strong numerical skills & a background in accounts
5. Good verbal and written communication skills
6. Confident in managing full accounts processes
