What you’ll do
Drive the business development process by sourcing leads, following up on provided leads, and reaching out both to your personal network and cold prospective leads of targeted companies with the objective of landing consulting and learning engagement opportunities for Global Leader Group.
As an individual contributor, your responsibilities include leveraging your own network as well as other sources to generate quality leads while ensuring effective follow up.
You are not required to execute sales conversations. The goal is to provide to our Deal Team meetings with potential clients. In addition, we have a team of Partners and Consultants who cover the execution of the engagements.
Attractive, high compensation percentage on each successful lead that is closed to a sale.
This is a remote position, with <25% travel.
Who you are
We’ve found that the most successful candidates are usually one of two backgrounds:
1. You have strong connections in your industry and/or others already (perhaps you were a former senior leader in a large company with a vast network, or already worked in an executive role and do not have a non-compete clause in effect).
2. And/or, you are creative and relentless in making connections to new individuals and companies and can influence them to use the companies of Global Leader Group. Once they try us once, they’ll keep coming back since we deliver incredible results.
