Main duties of the job
1. To organise self to undertake own day-to-day work tasks or activities as agreed with Team Lead.
2. To adapt working practices to accommodate changes in Kent Oncology Centre clinic management as directed by Team Service Manager.
3. To actively participate in team meetings to discuss measures for service development and improvement.
4. To follow new processes and guidelines introduced.

Person Specification
Qualifications
* Good standard of general education.
* Level 3 NVQ.
* Educated to GCSE/GCE level.
* Formal qualification in keyboard skills.
* Formal qualification relevant to role i.e. customer service.
Experience/ Knowledge
* Experience allied to the role e.g. customer service, dealing with people.
* Experience of work requiring a methodical and organised approach.
* Experience of working within a hospital/ NHS/public sector setting.
* Experience of a variety of IT systems e.g. Word/Excel/hospital administration systems.
Skills
* Understanding of the requirements of the Clinic Co-ordinator role.
* Knowledge of confidentiality.
* Aware of cultural and individual differences.
* Able to deal with a busy workload.
