The company is in the process of building on its recent success in obtaining new clients and increasing its assets under management by looking to employ a Financial Adviser to help drive the business forward. Andrew has run the Practice for around 8 years now and has established himself as a trusted adviser in the Essex area and beyond. Our practice is flexible in how we approach recruiting the right person and a successful candidate joining us whilst starting their financial advice career would also benefit from the award winning St James’s Place Academy to further support them in their development journey The firm is a Senior Partner practice of an award winning wealth management company with over £180 billion in assets under management and is the largest financial planning/wealth management company in the UK. Minimum Requirements You must be able to demonstrate that you can conduct yourself professionally in front of clients as well as attracting new business. A background in client facing experience is preferred. A DipFA, CISI or equivalent QCF RDR level 4 qualification would be preferred but is not essential for the right candidate. Andrew Skinner Wealth Management are looking for individuals with: Self-motivation and drive to put our clients at the forefront of everything they do The ability and desire to form long term, meaningful relationships with clients Charisma and empathy Ability to work within a dedicated team A clear vision for ambitious career growth which they can support A background in Relationship Management, Business Development, Recruitment or a client facing skill set Alternatively, an individual from the financial services industry interested to break into wealth management How we will support you Fund any exams towards becoming Level 4 qualified (CII/R0s) Provide industry leading training around client acquisition, retirement modelling and financial planning A substantial client bank to the adviser once the individual is fully qualified and ready to advise A very qualified back office support team to ensure you are in front of clients as much as possible Provide marketing support so you can consistently meet new clients Would look to offer an employed role but would consider self employed if desired by a successful candidate. A Chartered Financial Planner who could be shadowed in the early days.
