Job Description:
A reputable and professional financial services firm based in Birmingham city centre is looking for an individual with expert knowledge of investments for a fast-paced Senior IFA administrative role. This business focuses on offering first-class client service whilst also encouraging their employees to take ownership of their workload. You will be responsible for the following tasks day to day:
1. Expert assistance in the production of proposals for clients, reports, and updates including supervised direct liaison with clients.
2. Management of in-house systems in order to document all updates in relation to client relationships in a timely and efficient manner.
3. General administration for the team including management of calls and queries, processing payments, as well as closing expired accounts.
4. Investment specific administration including portfolio transfers, processing ISA subscriptions, updating tax forms, and distributing valuations.
5. Elements of audio-typing in line with requests for client correspondence.
You must possess experience within a professional financial services setting, ideally from working within an IFA or Wealth Management Company. This role is full time, fully office-based.
