As the Deputy Home Manager, your role involves ensuring that the care services provided follow a person-centred approach, where every resident is seen as an individual with unique needs.
Your role is critical in creating an environment that prioritises kindness, trust, and support for our residents. You will have the opportunity to engage with our residents and their loved ones, manage active enquiries, conduct assessments of their needs, and pre-admission visits.
As a leader, you will inspire and guide the staff team to deliver care that aligns with our values. This includes providing regular updates and team briefings, monitoring and promoting best practices, conducting one-to-ones and appraisals, identifying training needs, and supporting rota management.

This includes conducting audit checks, managing safeguarding and whistleblowing procedures, as well as incident management. Your empathetic approach will ensure that our residents are always at the heart of everything we do.
With your help, we can make a real difference in the lives of our residents. Apply today and be part of a team that is confident in its ability to provide exceptional care and support.
