Description
The Credit Control role is initially a temporary role and will be Hybrid working- 3 days per week in Didsbury office/2 remote. Reporting to the Credit Control Manager Key responsibilities will include:
Manage relationships with commercial colleagues and internal/external customers
Drive continuous improvement within an environment of strong internal control and excellent customer service
Dealing with internal queries with regards to payments, ensuring customers pay on time
Managing the collection of all payments in a timely manner
Regularly contact with customers to ensure all relevant debts are managed via email/phone and are managed as efficiently and effectively as possible
Running daily reports i.e. DD, overdue report, cash forecast and credit risk etc.
Support the Sale Ledger department with customer queries and resolutions
