About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Sales Invoicing Administrator to join our client's team in Peterhead on a fixed-term basis. In this role, you will support a variety of client companies by managing and processing sales orders, issuing accurate invoices, and maintaining clear communication with customers. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administrative and numerical skills who values accuracy and efficiency in financial processes. Key Responsibilities Gather and collate information from various sources to support the invoicing process, ensuring all details are accurate and submitted promptly. Collaborate with operational teams to receive timely, accurate information and explore process improvements, such as automation or “one-touch” invoicing solutions. Review commercial contracts to ensure invoicing and financial compliance. Issue invoices accurately and according to agreed timetables to support positive cash flow. Regularly clear GDNI entries and address any issues promptly. Work closely with other departments and customers to resolve invoice queries. Maintain and update Sales Agreements (SAGs) as needed. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer service, streamline processes, and improve cost-effectiveness. Support the UK Sales Invoicing Supervisor with ad hoc tasks and attend client meetings to provide reports as required. Assist in training other team members to ensure cross-coverage of duties within the Sales Invoicing team. Clear and effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently while contributing positively to the wider team. Qualifications Minimum : Educated to National 5 level or equivalent. Desirable : Experience in a financial environment and familiarity with Microsoft packages.
