I’m currently working with a leading food group looking for a Team Leader for their site to oversee daily production, ensure targets are met, and lead a team to success.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate and delegate tasks to achieve production goals.
2. Act as the main point of contact for team members and other functions.
3. Ensure safety, quality, and production standards are consistently met.
4. Manage staffing, training, and performance development.
5. Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with Health & Safety policies.
Requirements:
1. 1-3 years of experience in shift supervision and team leadership in manufacturing.
2. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
3. Experience in KPI monitoring, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.
4. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
