Role: General Teacher: PHSE, SEN Support and Enrichment Location: Ripon, North Yorkshire Hours: 37 per week (Term Time only) Salary: £30,000 SEN Allowance of £2209 per annum We are looking for experienced and successful General Teacher with additional responsibilities for PSHE and as the SEN Support Officer, who will be able to build on the success, embed good practices and play an integral part to move the school forward. As a General Teacher with additional responsibilities for PSHE and as the SEN Support Officer, you will be accountable for delivering high-quality teaching, promoting student well-being, and ensuring the inclusion of students with special educational needs (SEN). You will also lead on PSHE delivery and support the SENCo with the identification, provision, and progress of students with SEN across the school. You will also have oversight for personal and group enrichments activities. The school: Cambian Spring Hill School is a 38- and 52-week day and residential school for children and young people aged 8-19 with a diagnosis of autism spectrum disorder, associated challenging behaviours, learning and communication difficulties and complex needs.
