About the Role As a Deputy Manager, you will support the Registered Manager in leading a dedicated team, ensuring the highest standards of care for children and young people.
Key responsibilities include: Building a strong and positive team culture Supporting staff development through coaching and supervision Ensuring compliance with safeguarding and regulatory requirements Overseeing risk assessments and incident management Engaging with external agencies and multi-disciplinary teams Participating in the on-call rota (minimum three days per week) Essential Criteria Social Work qualification (Registered or eligible for NISCC registration) Minimum 2 years' experience working with traumatised children & young people Strong leadership, communication, and report-writing skills Experience working with regulators (e.g., RQIA) Full UK driving license (held for 1 year, max.
