This is a key leadership role where you'll partner with senior leaders to drive business success, oversee a small finance team, and ensure robust financial reporting and controls.
What You'll Do:
* Lead the preparation of financial plans, forecasts, and reports - from overall performance to product costs, operational efficiency, and capital spending.
* Keep the business on track with accurate reporting, strong internal controls, and statutory compliance.
* Guide and develop a team of two direct reports while collaborating with leaders across the business.
* Drive cost awareness and support smart resource allocation to boost efficiency and returns.
What We're Looking For:
* Qualified accountant.
* Finance experience in manufacturing, with know-how in production or costing.
* A self-starter who can make decisions, prioritise, and manage projects independently.
* Great communicator with strong team-working skills to connect with people at all levels.
* Sharp analytical mind with an eye for detail and problem-solving flair.
* Ideally, familiarity with US GAAP, ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.
* Experience managing a team is a bonus but not essential.
