Role Outline
We're seeking a talented UI/UX Designer with a strong understanding of frontend development principles (particularly React) and a passion for visual design. You'll play a crucial role in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences for our software and websites.

This is an exciting opportunity to tackle unique and emerging UI/UX challenges in the realm of humanoid robot programming and management. Your innovative designs and approaches will directly impact how users interact with these advanced machines, helping to make them more approachable and useful in everyday life.
Main Responsibilities
* Own the design of our user-facing product, Tritium.
* Coming up with elegant and visually appealing ways to solve UI challenges or reimagining parts of the UI entirely to improve user experience
* Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to translate design concepts into functional products
* Create wireframes and mockups to visualise design concepts and user interactions.
* Rapidly prototype and iterate UI/UX ideas
* Analyse user data to identify pain points and improvements
* Contribute to quickly implementing new features and changes
* Champion best practices in UI/UX design and frontend development
* Create UI assets as needed
* Help maintain the company website
Challenges
* Make beautiful yet functional UIs and exceptional and unique UXs
* Evolve and develop new and existing UI while retaining the key design language and feel of the company.
* Work with some of the most advanced webapps and humanoid robots in the world
Qualifications, Knowledge, Key Skills and Experience
Essential
* Skilled in using design tools like Figma to create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
* Experience shipping multiple webapps and or programs
* Background in visual arts and keen aesthetic sense for sleek UI design
Desirable
* Experience with Ecommerce webstores for high value products
* Ability to write parts of the frontend/backend code as well if needed to implement a feature
Useful
* Previous Experience in AI applications and programs
* Exposure to Robotics
* Agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum or Kanban

This allows our customers to use a mix of real and virtual characters and allows 3rd party developers to create new and exciting applications on top of our robot platform, opening it up to new use cases and market segments.
