Our work environment includes: Modern office setting Growth opportunities We are looking for an experienced Systems Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and maintaining our computer systems, networks, and related hardware and software. This includes installing, configuring, testing, and troubleshooting operating systems, applications, and network equipment. The ideal candidate will have experience in system security, data backup and recovery, and have a strong understanding of networking protocols. The successful candidate must have experience in EPOS, Microsoft, Xero, Adyen. Responsibilities: Managing the IT business systems of the estate. Provide first point of contact support for all IT and business platform requirements (install, upgrades, replacement, faults, decommissioning and disposal) Provide basic and remedial training on all IT requirements - phones, computers, printers, scales, tills, receipt printers, payment terminals Provide basic and remedial training on all business platform requirements - EPOS, Time and Attendance, Deli POS labels, Payment platforms, Accounts platforms, Company communication platforms Liaise with 3rd party service providers on contract renewals and obtaining quotes. Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks. Install and configure software and hardware. Troubleshoot system and network problems. Set up user accounts, permissions, and passwords. Provide technical support to users. Perform regular system backups and data recovery operations. Ensure security through access controls, backups, and firewalls. Keep an inventory of hardware and software assets. Ensuring that all flows are working correctly, with all in-house forms publishing in the designed way. Implement new integrations between software and ensuring that they are working as intended. Ensuring all sites are PCI\DSS compliant and taking remedial steps where necessary. Investigate new ways of reporting, automating wherever possible to provide the business with critical data in real-time. Auditing company IT procedures\policies, updating IT matrix and suggesting potential improvements\upgrades to existing solutions. Working with e-commerce teams to develop and assist in project delivery.
