The team You’ll join a cross-functional team of Software Engineers, Product Managers and Designers, all collaborating together with the wider business to achieve impactful product outcomes. The core of our stack is Go, PostgreSQL and Vue.js with Typescript. Our product primarily sits on top of AWS, with ECS for container orchestration and all managed via Terraform. This role Our Product Engineers play a crucial role in our user and product experience. You will be focused on solving end-to-end product challenges in the best manner for our customers. Whether you may have a natural inclination towards the backend or frontend, we expect you to be willing to delve into any aspect of our tech stack as necessary, to have an impact on our customers and the success of the business. In the role you will: Collaborate to deliver an exceptional product. From understanding initial needs to crafting usable solutions, you'll work directly with product managers and designers to bring ideas to life. And by that, we don’t just mean implement requirements. We like our engineers to learn as much as possible about our customers so that over time they can suggest new features, challenge assumptions and really contribute to making our customers’ lives better. Develop high quality systems and code. Working across our stack, you’ll design and develop the systems that underpin the Risk Ledger product and advance us towards our vision. It’s exciting You’ll have: A desire to deeply understand our customers and the problems they face, in order to improve their day-to-day experience. Hands-on experience across any tech stack, such as Go, Python, Ruby or Java on the backend, and Vue.js or React JS on the frontend. You don’t need to have necessarily worked across the stack, but you must have the willingness to learn and up-skill yourself. An ability to thrive in ambiguity, tackling problems that might not be well defined and without obvious solutions. A keen sense of curiosity, with a natural drive to learn and grow.
