They provide complete workplace consultancy, from a single office relocation, design and fit out, to workspace planning, refurbishment, and interior branding on a global scale. Core activity is design, project management and delivery of high-end workplace interior fit outs. The Role … Managing teams and leading pitches. Overseeing multiple projects, on each project you will work closely with the rest of the team including the Technical Designer, Project Director and Project Manager, in addition to the visualizer and graphic designer.Designing workplace solutions in a team-based environment, you will be required to deliver truly innovative designs that meet and excel our clients' requirements and brief. Clients' vision will be enabled through intelligent solutions and clear communication.You will confidently collaborate with internal project teams, supporting them through active design input and the management of all phases of the design process from concept and client brief through to on-site implementation.As an effective communicator, a lateral thinker and a conscientious team player you will effectively sell both yourself and the Company to all stakeholders, actively seeking and developing personal networks, fostering long term client associations and developing new and repeat business opportunities. Desired Qualifications Experience :At least 7 years' experience in a commercial D&B designA good level of technical skill with attention to detailExcellent commercial awarenessAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlines, especially on work for pitches and tendersConfident in a client facing position and contributing to wider business development activitiesExcellent communication - both written and verbalFluent in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Suite; knowledge of other relevant AutoDesk packages would also be beneficialAbility to manage your own time and that of relevant others responsibly and effectivelyExprience leading large teamsA positive and professional 'can do' attitudeAbility to create a common sense of team and purposeOwnership for achieving personal and team objectivesAbility to create a culture of continuous improvementRevit is the standard design platform therefore good Revit knowledge would be desirable for this role.BA degree in Interior Design or equivalent What's in it for you 23 days holiday including 3 days automatically allocated for the office closure at Christmas.
