Job Title: Part-Time Care Administrator
Role Location: Torquay
Hours of work: 24 hours a week, 6 hours a day for 4 days a week
Pay: £15,238.08 per annum
Length of contract: 5 months with potential to become permanent
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an Administrator to join our Torquay team.
The administrator is responsible for providing efficient clerical and administrative support to the Registered Manager and Care Staff. You will support the Registered Manager through a variety of administrative tasks related to the day-to-day operations required to run an efficient home care service.
Responsibilities:
* Reallocating care calls when someone is on holiday or sick
* Answering a high volume of telephone calls
* Assisting the manager with the day-to-day running of the office
* Interviewing carers wanting to join the team
* Inducting new members of staff and arranging their field training
* Administrative support to the Registered Manager and care staff
* General office administration (including typing, filing and photocopying
* Data entry
* Liaising with local authorities regarding service users' packages
* Auditing care staff compliance with call monitoring
* Other ad hoc duties as and when required
