Permanent£50-55k per annum We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Payroll Manager to oversee payroll operations, including some international payroll responsibilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in payroll management, with a focus on compliance, accuracy, and efficiency.Duties include
* Manage and process payroll for UK and international employees, ensuring compliance with local regulations and tax laws.
* Oversee the end-to-end payroll process, including data entry, payroll calculations, and disbursements.
* Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing for all employees, including those in select international locations.
* Collaborate with HR, Finance, and external vendors to ensure seamless payroll operations.
* Maintain and update payroll records, including employee information, salary changes, and deductions.
* Prepare and submit payroll reports to management and relevant authorities.
* Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll regulations and implement necessary updates to payroll processes.
* Address and resolve payroll-related enquiries and issues from employees and management.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance.
You will have;
1. Minimum of 5 years of experience in payroll management, with some experience in international payroll.
