We are currently recruiting for a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) for night shifts. As a Nurse, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to residents. You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, ensuring that all relevant forms of care are provided to meet the needs of each individual. Key Responsibilities: Delivering excellent nursing care in collaboration with other nurse practitioners. Ensuring that residents’ personal care needs are met, maintaining their dignity and promoting independence. Providing a safe and welcoming environment that prioritises the wellbeing of all residents. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date nursing records and reports. Supporting residents to achieve their highest level of independence, comfort, and quality of life.Requirements: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) qualification and current NMC registration. Proven experience in a similar healthcare setting (preferred but not essential). Compassionate, empathetic, and able to engage with residents, families, and colleagues.
