Do you have 2-3 years Health and Safety experience as a minimum?

Do you have Manufacturing / Warehouse / Factory experience? (essential)
CORE TARGETS
1. We need someone to build staff 'buy-in' to HSE
2. Produce and develop a robust training and HSE documentation system (skills matrix / tick lists)
3. Attain balance between strong admin and being visible on site
DUTIES
1. RAMS
2. Help achieve compliance to both internal auditing and external / customer audits and specifications
3. Promote a safety first culture without 'red tape' and paperwork heavy mind-set
4. Inductions, inspections, toolbox talks, PPE and signage management
5. Weekly reporting
THINGS TO KNOW
1. Need to understand it's a Manufacturing / warehouse / factory environment - so, many moving parts and associated duties / culture
2. Company developing its compliance from top to bottom
3. Need a down to earth attitude whilst implementing Health and Safety focused culture
QUALIFICATIONS
NEBOSH or equivalent essential
