On behalf of Rolls Royce AMS are currently recruiting UK wide for a number of Operations support Managers to effectively assist in our Supplier stabilization by fostering strong relationships to enhance and improve Cost, Quality and Delivery to our customer These Operations Support Manager positions are available on initial 12-month contracts and will need to spend approximately 75% of their working time travelling both domestically and internationally. As an Operations Support Manager you will be responsible for: Using a creative approach will establish sustainable, long term supply chains, providing a competitive edge for our Rolls Royce, our customers, and suppliers. Working with specific suppliers or plants to define the support programme and provide transparency on resources and activities required to address performance issues Leading the execution of the support programme and integrate across organisational boundaries to deliver it. As an Operations Support Manager you will support engagements with the supply chain from the initial analytics, through the engagement to exit and handover back to the Supplier Management Team or Manufacturing Plant You will drive the identification, development and implementation of these robust supply chain processes and tools to prevent future risks of failure. Reporting to the Head of Operations Support you will take responsibility for driving performance with supply chain.
