We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Deputy Home Manager to join a supportive and caring team at a children's residential home in the Crawley area. The Role:
As Deputy Home Manager, you will:
1. Be part of a team providing a safe, loving, and nurturing environment for children and young people.
2. Oversee the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring high-quality care and compliance with relevant standards and legislation.
3. Lead and mentor staff, creating a positive and supportive team environment.
4. Develop and maintain care plans tailored to the individual needs of each child.
5. Ensure the home operates within budgets and manage staff rotas effectively.
6. Act as a positive role model for colleagues and young people, helping to foster recovery, growth, and long-term change.

1. Knowledge of Ofsted regulations and safeguarding procedures.
2. A proactive, enthusiastic, and motivated individual with strong leadership skills.
3. Flexibility to work shifts, including sleep-ins, as part of the rota.
Qualifications and Experience:
The ideal candidate will have:
1. Minimum Level 3 qualification in Children's Residential Workforce or equivalent.
2. At least two years' experience in a residential children's home in a senior, team leader, or deputy role.
