Support the kitchen team during busy periods, ensuring smooth service. Maintain cleanliness and adhere to health and safety standards. Cook to the specs and standards of your head chef Requirements: Proven experience as a Chef de Partie, in large scale events or minimum 2 years’ experience. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality results. Flexibility and a positive attitude to thrive in a temporary role.
