Working for Lorien Resourcing and acting as a Recruitment Co-Ordinator working across 3 different accounts. The Recruitment Team is responsible for sourcing candidates through direct various methods, promoting our customer's brand within the employment market and refresh our customer's internal referral scheme. The role of a Recruitment Co-Ordinator within the Recruitment Team is to support them by doing the following tasks: Arranging and scheduling interviews Updating candidate records Helping with the recruitment process Producing recruitment reports Managing rooms availability onsite Recruitment administration Assist with onboarding process Able to work well in a team Updating systems You will be supporting 3 different client accounts who have outsourced all their recruitment to Lorien, it is vital that you have worked in a busy recruitment environment previously. If you have experience understanding pay rates, margins, using various VMS system and working alongside umbrella companies, these will be highly favourable. Please note this is not an entry level role - you need to have had commercial experience in the above areas to be considered for this opportunity. A huge element of this role is arranging multiple interviews for hiring managers and candidates in process. You will be spinning many different plates at any one time while helping facilitate the recruitment process. You will need to demonstrate your ability to multitask in such a busy environment.
