This position is ideal for someone with a keen eye for detail and a passion for maintaining high standards in customer service. Day-to-day of the role: Handle customer complaints and monitor customer service KPIs to ensure outstanding service delivery. Conduct job costing checks to verify correct margins and ensure financial efficiency. Support the customer service team by providing guidance and assistance to enhance service quality. Drive business efficiencies and improve customer experiences through proactive service enhancements.
