We are looking for a dynamic experienced administrator to join our team. Applicants are requested to demonstrate their administration and customer service skills. The post holder will be communicating and interacting with a wide range of personnel, both internal and external.
We are looking for a reliable and flexible individual who has excellent customer service skills and the successful candidate must be able to demonstrate clear and precise verbal and written communication.

Qualifications, knowledge and experience
* Finance, IT or business administration qualification to level 4 (AAT Technician) or able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge skills and experience.
* Intermediate Excel knowledge and experience including using pivot tables and MS access databases.
* Experience of producing performance management information or financial reports.
* Experience in data manipulation, statistical, interpretive and analytical skills with complex datasets.
* Experience of working in a finance environment.
* Experience in raising invoices using finance systems.
* Working to tight deadlines.
* Experience of working in the NHS.
* Advanced Excel skills.
* Use of clinical patient systems.
* Knowledge of medical insurance.
* Knowledge of private patient and overseas processes at UHS.
