P+S Personnel are pleased to be working on behalf of our client, who is currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team based in Taverham on a full time, permanent basis.
Main Responsibilities:
* To work as part of a team supporting a wide variety of account management.
* Taking calls from customers, inputting customer details and dealing with any enquiries.
* Running credit checks.
* Email correspondence.
* Data entry onto the in-house database.
* Building a rapport with customers and suppliers.
* Processing customer device orders.
* Running diagnostic checks on devices.
* Stock purchasing.
* Building customer specific reports (Excel).
* Bill processing and problem solving.
* Quoting customers for mobile upgrades.
* Daily network checks and liaison.
Person Specification:
* Good customer service skills.
* Accurate data entry skills and good attention to detail.
* Attitude to learn new skills as you will be trained on the job.
* Good MS Office skills including a strong working knowledge of Excel.
* Full Driving Licence (Required).
Working Hours & Benefits:
* Monday - Friday 09:00 – 17:00
* 25 days holiday plus bank holidays rising to 29 days with service.
