【Job Responsibilities】
* Responsible for the procurement business of JD Group in the Americas, focusing on categories including warehouse, equipment, consumables, interior renovation, administration, etc.
* Optimize the procurement process: Manage procurement requests, source suppliers, formulate procurement plans, operate procurement, and manage vendor performance, ensuring that procurement outcomes meet requirements.
* Control procurement costs: Regularly sort out procurement requirements, design effective procurement models aligned with business models, and ensure the rationality of procurement costs through cost analysis and historical data analysis.
* Manage supplier relationships: Build and maintain supplier relationships to ensure a sustainable supplier ecosystem.
* Analyze data and innovate: Regularly analyze and organize procurement business data, continuously proposing innovative improvement suggestions.
【Job Requirements】
* Bachelor's degree or above, fluent in spoken Chinese and English, suitable for work;
* More than 5 years of procurement work experience, familiar with procurement operation processes and local market conditions in the Americas, with a background in the logistics industry;
* Possess good data analysis and logical thinking skills, good teamwork and communication abilities, capable of undertaking project-oriented work and effectively driving progress;
* Integrity and honesty.
