We're seeking experienced Social Workers to join our Learning Disability and Autism Team. Salary scale will be based on experience, skill, and qualification.

Social Work Teams - this includes Older People's Service, Learning Disability Team, Hospital Social Care Team, Transitions, Adult Safeguarding, Mental Health Team, and the Physical Disability and Sensory Service - we work with older and younger adults who have care and support needs.
