The Recruitment Co. is currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our clients team based in the Llansamlet area.
Contract: Holiday Cover : 2 weeks starting ASAP
Salary: £12ph
Hours of work: Monday to Friday: 9am-5pm
Role Duties:
* Answer telephone calls promptly, respond to queries, and reply to emails
* Manage office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed
* Calling customers to chase up outstanding invoices
* Organise and maintain the office filing system for important and confidential company documents
* Arrange deliveries and collections where needed
* Support the office Manager with customer account management
* Liaise with the office Manager on a regular basis to discuss current workloads and ongoing administrative needs of the company.
Candidate requirements:
* Previous experience working in an office environment & administration duties
* Able to work in a fast paced environment
* Computer Literate / proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
* Ability to multitask
* Excellent organisational skills
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Attention to detail
* Able to work well with others and also be able to work independently
