Office working Part-time in Worcester
Working hours: Tuesday & Wednesday 8:30am-4:30pm, Friday 8:30am-4:00pm
Temporary for approx. 3 months
Pay rate: £13.00 per hour with weekly pay
Starting from 21st January 2025
Our client is seeking a strong administration who is very organised and numerical, to work within their finance department. Experience of working within Finance is advantageous in this position.
Part-time Finance Administrator - Duties & Responsibilities:
* Handle invoicing and ensure all invoices are processed accurately and promptly.
* Manage the purchase ledger, ensuring that all transactions are recorded and reconciled.
* Provide general administrative support, assisting with day-to-day tasks as needed.
* Ensure the smooth running of financial operations through attention to detail and accuracy.
* Supporting the finance team with their duties.
Part-time Finance Administrator - Skills & Requirements:
* Strong understanding of invoicing and purchase ledger processes.
* Experience in administration and financial tasks.
* Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
* Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, and intermediate level Excel experience.
