As a KS1 Teacher, you will be instrumental in shaping the academic and personal development of your students, ensuring they build strong foundations for future learning.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engaging Lessons: Plan and deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the National Curriculum.
* Student Progress: Monitor and assess pupils’ learning, providing constructive feedback to support development.
* Inclusive Teaching: Foster a positive, inclusive classroom that caters to the needs of all students.
* Parental Engagement: Build strong relationships with parents and carers to support children's learning journeys.
* Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the wider school community.
* School Involvement: Participate in extra-curricular activities and contribute to the school's positive ethos.
Key Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs are encouraged to apply.
* Experience in KS1 is preferred, but experience in EYFS or KS2 will also be considered.
* Passion for education and a commitment to creating a stimulating learning environment.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* Team player with a collaborative approach to teaching and learning.
* Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
