Morgan and Bond LTD are looking for multiple Electricians to join our team to carry out works such as kitchen/bathroom installations, rewires, void works, EICRs, 2nd fixing, fault finding and day-to-day responsive repairs on social housing properties around the West Midlands.
We have secured long-term contracts to ensure job stability for applicants.
Working hours will be 8-16:00, Monday to Friday.
The right candidate will have good health and safety practices, be good at working with other tradespersons, and have good communication skills with customers. Candidates must be qualified to NVQ level 3 and hold 18th edition, a gold ECS card, and preferably hold the 2391 qualification.
We require:
1. Experience either carrying out EICRs, fault finding, and general repair works in social housing properties
2. Or experience with carrying out installation work to kitchens and bathrooms and full rewires to a high standard
3. A can-do attitude with a strong work ethic
All candidates are given the opportunity to join our out-of-hours rota, where you will receive a payment for being on call and payment for each call you attend.
In Return:
For PAYE applicants, a company van will be provided for business use, along with test equipment and tools. Benefits include 20 days annual leave (plus eight bank holidays), pension, and potential overtime.
For sub-contract applicants, we can provide competitive price-work rates for installation work or day rates for maintenance and EICR work with weekly pay. A company van can be provided if required.
