Job Description We are seeking an experienced Head of Marketing to lead all marketing strategies, from brand positioning to customer acquisition. You will be responsible for driving marketing campaigns that align with business goals, managing digital platforms, and enhancing NCM Auctions' visibility in diverse sectors. This role will involve collaboration with sales teams and senior management to expand our market reach and client base. Key Responsibilities · Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies. · Manage digital and content marketing, SEO & SEM, and social media. · Coordinate and support the marketing team to deliver high-impact campaigns. · Lead branding initiatives to drive business growth. · Responsible for budget management across campaigns, providing regular reports and insights, translating data into actionable insights and demonstrating strong ROI. · Collaborate with sales to align marketing efforts with business objectives. · Oversee and advise on external communications and PR. · Ensure brand consistency across online platforms · Track and measure the performance of all digital marketing channels and propose optimisation initiatives to maximise marketing ROI · Constantly strive to discover and adopt emerging technologies, digital innovations, and new platforms and systems to optimise organisational productivity and effectiveness · Help to create a strong brand message and identity across all channels (events, email campaigns, web pages and socials) · Design and plan branding and positioning · Prepare and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual budgets for marketing department · Setting and monitoring on team goals · Create strategies for digital marketing team · Keep a close eye on the competition, determine realistic benchmarks, and develop strategies to gain a competitive edge · Analyse bidder behaviour and vendor personas · Liaise with sales teams to coordinate efforts and build brand awareness · Plan and execute company objectives for each year Qualifications · Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or related field. · Proven experience (5 years) in a marketing leadership role, ideally focused around auction industry, industrial asset management or similar. · Strong expertise in digital marketing and SEO strategies. · Excellent project management and leadership skills.
