The Role: As a project manager in our Interiors division you will have proven experience as a successful Project Manager with experience in interior fit-out and refurbishment. You should have worked on projects with a value between £100k-£5m. You should be confident at dealing with people and possess the skills to communicate confidently and effectively with end user clients and consultants. The majority of the work will be mainly in the Midlands & London region. However, the business has sales offices operating out of 4 locations so there will be a requirement for work nationwide. Senior Project Manager requirements: • Assist with pre-construction process including cost plans • Working closely with site management team and other Project Managers • Site inspections • Quality control • Production of budget costs by detailed cost breakdown • Building survey and analysis • Cost tracking reports. • Assist with pre-construction process including cost plans • Production of budget costs and detailed cost breakdowns • Responsibility for active work site(s) • Programme • Cost control • Working with H&S manager/consultant to maintain high standards of safety. • Procurement • Conversant with bills & contracts • Contract correspondence Candidate Requirements: • Microsoft Project (essential) • Excel (essential) / Word (essential) / Teams (essential) / Zoom • Good clear communicator, both within inter-business departments and clients. (essential) • Construction knowledge. (essential) • Building Control knowledge. (essential) • Knowledge of HVAC systems / M&E / Structured Cabling • Prince2 or AMP, MSP an advantage • AutoCAD/Revit knowledge an advantage • Cost Control and budgeting experience essential • Confident in assisting with client pitching. • Experience in managing a team of co-workers. • Experience in JCT Contracts, in contract Valuations/Payment applications • Strong company values, ethics and team player. • Membership of RICS, BIBA, AMP, CIOB etc an advantage
