Job summary The Deputy Clinic Manager is responsible for co leading a team of nurses and support staff to deliver a high standard of individualised patient-focused care, and coordinating clinical, administrative and operational activities. The Deputy Clinic Manager will be integral for promoting a "Community First, Company Second" culture, leading the way and creating a great place to work for teammates. The role covers both Alltwen and Bangor.
