The Governing Body of this Good Catholic School is seeking to appoint a self-motivated, reliable, multi-skilled, proactive and organised site manager to fulfil this key role associated with the smooth running of the school. We are looking for someone who can play a vital role in the daily running of our school, who takes great pride in their works and pays attention to detail.
You will be responsible for:
1. Upholding the mission statement of the school and its Catholic ethos.
2. Being committed to the welfare and safety of staff, children, parents and visitors at all times.
3. Working as part of a team to manage the school site efficiently.
4. Providing a comprehensive site management service within the school to include security, cleaning, minor maintenance, repairs and monitoring and maintaining the fabric of the building.
5. Offering a range of DIY skills to the school.
6. Having the ability and knowledge to liaise with external contractors and agencies linked to the school building.
