4. Oversee and implement brand standards, maintaining top-tier service quality.
5. Act as a brand ambassador, building strong community and business relationships.
6. Ensure a safe and secure environment for guests, colleagues, and hotel assets.
Minimum Requirements
1. 5-10 years of hotel management experience (or equivalent).
2. Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Administration, Business, or related field preferred.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
4. Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
5. Passion for delivering True Hospitality and exceeding guest expectations.
