Key Responsibilities:
1. Handling incoming calls
2. Processing and managing incoming sales inquiries
3. Overseeing and maintaining relationships with existing corporate accounts
4. Expanding and developing current corporate accounts
5. Conducting site visits with customers and suppliers
6. Reaching out to existing clients to upsell new products and services
7. Following up on incoming lead inquiries
8. Ensuring exceptional customer service at all times
9. Responding to email inquiries
10. Supporting the creation and execution of marketing campaigns
